What Will Be Included Inside Each Apartment?
Apartments at Hub Ann Arbor State will come equipped with furnishings and features designed around the routines of University of Michigan students. Instead of spending move-in week shopping for large furniture and figuring out how to transport it, residents will be able to focus on bringing the personal items that make their apartment feel like home.
Key apartment features will include:
- Fully furnished living spaces with modern, custom-designed furniture
- Full XL beds
- Bedroom desks and storage
- Blackout shades
- Independently keyed bedrooms
- Walk-in closets with built-in closet organizers in select apartments
- 55-inch smart TV in the living room
- Premium stainless-steel kitchen appliances
- Quartz stone countertops
- Full-size washer and dryer
- High-speed Wi-Fi
- Walk-in showers with glass enclosures
- USB-C outlets in bedrooms and kitchens
Together, these features will create an apartment that works for everything from early morning classes and late-night study sessions to roommate dinners and weekends spent relaxing at home.
Private Bedrooms Designed for Your Routine
Living with roommates does not mean giving up your personal space. Independently keyed bedrooms will give residents a space of their own where they can study, sleep, get ready, or recharge between classes.
Bedrooms also will include Full XL beds, blackout shades, modern ceiling fans with lights, USB-C outlets, and high-speed Wi-Fi with Ethernet access. Select layouts add private bathrooms and walk-in closets with built-in organizers, giving residents even more room to create a setup that works for them.
Storage That Makes Staying Organized Easier
A busy semester can get messy quickly, so having dedicated storage makes a difference. Bedroom storage will help keep clothes, school supplies, and everyday essentials organized, so they don’t take over your living space.
Select apartments will include walk-in closets with built-in organization, while furnished bedrooms will include storage pieces that give residents places for their belongings from move-in day. This means less time trying to make a small space work and more time enjoying your apartment.
Modern Kitchens Made for Student Living
Whether you are making breakfast before heading to campus, meal prepping for the week, or cooking dinner with your roommates, the kitchen is one of the most-used spaces in any student apartment.
Hub Ann Arbor State kitchens will feature premium stainless-steel appliances, quartz stone countertops, designer cabinetry, architectural track lighting, undercabinet lighting, and USB-C outlets. The combination of counter space and storage will make the kitchen practical for everyday cooking while giving the apartment a modern look and feel.
Shared Spaces Ready for Everyday Life
The living room will already be set up for everything from movie nights to catching up with roommates after class. Apartments will include modern furniture, wood-style flooring, custom window shades, a 55-inch smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
A full-size washer and dryer will also be included inside the apartment, helping make laundry one less errand residents have to fit into an already busy schedule.
Furnished Layouts That Make Move-In Easier
Hub Ann Arbor State will offer layouts ranging from studios through six-bedroom apartments, giving students options whether they want their own place, plan to live with a friend, or want a larger roommate group. Because the apartments will already be furnished, moving in will be simpler without the need to purchase and transport large pieces of furniture.
With comfortable bedrooms, furnished shared spaces, modern kitchens, in-unit laundry, and technology built into everyday life, Hub Ann Arbor State will give University of Michigan students a space designed to make college living easier.
