At Hub Ann Arbor State, bringing your pet to college will not mean giving up the convenience of student living. The community will be pet-friendly and will include dedicated amenities that make everyday care easier, including an on-site dog park and pet spa. Students will spend less time traveling around Ann Arbor for basic pet needs and more time enjoying life at home with their four-legged roommate.
What Pet Amenities Will Be Available?
Hub Ann Arbor State will include pet-friendly features designed to make caring for a dog easier while balancing classes, studying, work, and everything else on your schedule.
Pet amenities will include:
- On-site dog park
- Dedicated pet spa
- Pet-friendly apartment living
- Walkable location near the University of Michigan and surrounding Ann Arbor neighborhoods
Having spaces specifically designed for pets right within the community will make daily routines simpler, especially for students who might not have time to travel somewhere else for exercise or basic grooming.
Make Pet Care Easier With an On-Site Pet Spa
Apartment living with a pet will sometimes make bath time a challenge. Hub Ann Arbor State’s pet spa will give residents a dedicated place for cleaning up their pets without having to turn their apartment bathroom into a grooming station.
It will be especially helpful after rainy walks, muddy afternoons, or plenty of time spent exploring Ann Arbor. Having a dedicated pet-care space within the community will also help keep your apartment cleaner and make routine grooming easier to fit between classes and other commitments.
Give Your Dog Space to Get Outside
Regular outdoor time is an important part of living with a dog, and Hub Ann Arbor State will make it easier with an on-site dog park. Instead of needing to leave the community every time your dog needs some activity, residents will have a dedicated space nearby for everyday outdoor time.
The dog park will also add a social side to pet ownership. Taking your dog outside will give you an easy opportunity to meet other residents and pet owners in the building, making it one more place where neighbors will be able to naturally connect.
Pet-Friendly Living Near the University of Michigan
Hub Ann Arbor State’s location will make it possible to stay connected to campus while still having pet-friendly amenities waiting for you at home. The community is about a 10-minute walk from the University of Michigan and The Diag, about six minutes from the Ross School of Business, and about four minutes from the Athletic Campus.
That means students will be able to stay close to classes and campus activities without sacrificing the features that will make living with a pet more manageable. From quick walks and time at the dog park to keeping up with grooming at the pet spa, everyday pet care will fit more naturally into a busy college routine.
