THE HUB CHAUNCEY’S WEEKEND KICKOFF SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.
2. HOW TO ENTER: The Hub Chauncey’s Weekend Kickoff Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) shall begin on October 5, 2026, and end on October 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM (“Entry Period”). The Sweepstakes will be conducted at Hub Chauncy, 108 Northwestern Avenue West Lafayette, IN 47906 (the “Contest Location”). The Sweepstakes winner shall be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries on October 19, 2026. Winner does not need to be present to win.
To enter the Sweepstakes, complete an on-line Entry Form located at https://huboncampus.com/west-lafayette-chauncey/kickoff/
with your full name; mobile phone number, including area code; and e-mail address.
Limit one entry per method per person. Duplicate and mechanically reproduced multiple entries will be disregarded. All entries must be completed in their entirety. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.
3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal United States residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, distributors, franchisees, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) and members of their immediate families or persons residing in the same household, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Winners of a prize from Sponsor within the past thirty (30) days from the beginning date of this Sweepstakes are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all Federal, State and local laws.
4. PRIZE: One (1) Winner will receive a $3,000 Visa Gift Card via Thnks, a $1,500 Delta Gift Card, and 1 luggage set from Beis valued at $514.00 ($5014.00 total value).
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE: Winner will be notified by email or phone using the email address or phone number provided on the Entry Form on or about October 19, 2026. If a Winner fails to respond to Sponsor within 24 hours of notification, such Winner shall forfeit prize and Sponsor may select an alternate Winner in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. Potential winner may waive their right to receive a prize. Assuming that there are at least as many eligible entries as prizes, all prizes will be awarded, but unclaimed prizes may be forfeited. Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable. No substitutions allowed, except that prize is subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Where legal, winner may be required to sign, execute, and return a Prize Winner Statement of Eligibility and Release of Liability and Publicity Release and any other documentation that Sponsor requires (collectively “Statement/Release”) before a prize will be awarded or such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s consent to the publication of his or her name and image in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation.
The Sponsor reserves the right at any time to cancel this Sweepstakes, make rules and Sweepstakes changes and/or substitute another prize of equal of greater value for any reason including if the Prizes become unavailable.
The Prize must be claimed in person by the winner unless otherwise specified. Proper identification is required to claim the prize (valid drivers license, passport, state ID or military ID).
ASSUMPTION OF RISK & WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR THE EVENT
By entering into the Event (as hereinafter defined) area and/or participating in the Event, attendee acknowledges, accepts, and assumes all risk and accepts sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability or expense of any kind that attendee may experience or incur in connection with attending this Event.
By entering into the Event area and/or participating in the Event, attendee voluntarily waives, releases, covenants not to sue, and forever discharges, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Core Lafayette Chauncey, LLC (collectively “Owner”), and its and their subsidiaries and other affiliates (including without limitation, Core Spaces, LLC and Core Campus Management, LLC), Event venues, Event producers, Event talent, Event sponsors, advertisers and marketing partners, and each of the foregoing’s respective officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, from any and all liability, damage, loss, suit, demand, cause of action (including, without limitation, negligence), or any other claim of any nature whatsoever, arising out of, or relating in any way to, Hub Chauncey’s Weekend Kickoff (the “Event”).
By entering into the Event area and/or participating in the Event, attendee agrees that (i) this assumption of risk & waiver of liability shall be binding upon and enforceable against his/her self, his/her heirs, beneficiaries, representatives, successors and assigns, without limitation; (ii) the words, terms, provisions, covenants, and remedies contained in this assumption of risk & waiver of liability shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, ordinances, statutes, rules, and regulations; and (iii) if any portion of this assumption of risk & waiver of liability is held invalid, the remainder shall not be affected and shall continue in full legal force and effect.
The terms of this assumption of risk & waiver of liability shall continue from this date forever.

Hub Chauncey’s Weekend Kickoff (the “Event”) taking place in this area is being photographed, videotaped and/or recorded. BY ENTERING INTO THIS AREA AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT, you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be photographed, videotaped and/or recorded. BY ENTERING INTO THIS AREA AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT, you hereby irrevocably grant to Core Lafayette Chauncey, LLC, Core Spaces, LLC, and Core Campus Management, LLC (together with their affiliates, collectively, the “Parties”), their successors, assigns and licensees, including, without limitation, Event venues, Event producers, Event talent, Event and program sponsors, advertisers and marketing partners, the right to photograph and video your image and record your voice, and to own, license, assign and/or use your name, likeness, photographic image, videographic image, mannerisms and voice (and/or any portion thereof) forever and throughout the world in any manner and/or medium including, without limitation, in the Parties’ and other sponsored or unsponsored programming and the advertisement and promotion thereof. You will not receive any compensation or credit for such use. You waive any right to bring any action in law or equity against the Parties, their parent and related companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, and their past, present and future officers, agents, representatives, employees, successors, assigns and licensees for such use, and release them from any and all liability whatsoever.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE. If you are under the age of eighteen, you represent that you have obtained your parent’s/guardian’s consent to enter this area and be bound by the terms set forth herein.
If you do not agree to the above terms and do not wish to be photographed, videotaped or recorded, please stay out of the Event area.
