About Our Student Housing
Our student housing community is a modern, high-rise building in an urban, business district of West Lafayette. We offer a variety of floor plans — from one up to four bedrooms — plus VIP, Spa, and Mansion upgrade packages. Our amenities are a central aspect of our community. They include the first and largest rooftop pool in the area, as well as study rooms, lounges, and outdoor spaces that include grill and game areas. On the whole, our residents have the means to live a balanced lifestyle with a healthy mix of work and play.
Giving Parents Peace Of Mind
In designing our community, we accounted for not only the needs of students but also their parents and guardians. Controlled-access systems with electronic key fobs are installed throughout the building. Additionally, bedroom doors are individually keyed for added personal privacy.
Fully Furnished Apartments
Our furnished student apartments genuinely provide students with everything they need to live well. Our modern, custom-designed furniture packages include living room furniture — couches, tables, HDTVs — as well as bedroom furniture — soft mattresses, work desks, and organizing systems for the walk-in closets. The kitchens are fully equipped with premium, stainless-steel appliances, including stoves/ovens, refrigerators, and microwaves, as well as track-lighting above. Our upgrade packages add another level of luxury, including private, outdoor terraces for our VIP and Mansion rooms and upgraded shower features in our Spa units.
The ability of your student to arrive to class on time is improved by the location of our building. On foot, it takes fewer than 10 minutes to get to the university, and it’s less than 5 minutes by bike. This proximity to campus also means students can be involved in extracurricular school affairs outside with ease. Meanwhile, the lifestyle benefits of living just off State Street are abundant. In addition to lower-level retail areas, our residents live close to Chauncey Hill Mall, Wabash Landing Shopping Center (which has a movie theater), and an assortment of restaurants fit for every budget.
We refer to our amenities as “hubmazing” because they’re one-of-a-kind and unique to our community. Hub State Street features West Lafayette’s first and largest rooftop pool, hot tub, and cabana seating, all of which offer panoramic views of the city. We have a cutting-edge fitness center with virtual trainers and on-demand classes, plus there’s an adjoining yoga studio with cardio machines. Our club room and courtyard are private areas for residents to study, play games, and even grill up some barbecue. And when it’s time for homework, our executive business center is fully equipped with computers and printers.
Professional Management & Maintenance
Maybe your student is prepared to live on his or her own, but if not, we have professional management and maintenance teams who work on-site. These resources are available during regular business hours as well as on-call 24-hours every day. No matter what comes up (questions, maintenance issues, late-night lost keys), there’s always someone available to assist your student.
Individual Housing Contracts
Parents and guardians are fans of our individual housing contracts as much as students are. What’s most beneficial about this leasing system is it eliminates financial headaches for residents who live with roommates. Because every student signs his or her own contract (perhaps with a guarantor attached) and rents by-the-bed, there’s no shared liability with other renters.
